We want you to feel comfortable and prepared as a new patient. Here’s a step-by-step overview of what happens during your very first visit to our chiropractic office.

What Happens on Your First Visit

1. Welcome and paperwork, including your health history and symptoms.
2. Discussion with the chiropractor about your concerns and goals.
3. Physical examination to assess posture, movement, and any areas of discomfort.
4. Neurological and orthopedic tests if needed.
5. Explanation of findings and an outline of your personalized care plan.
6. Review of findings and beginning treatment: The chiropractor will explain the results of your exam, discuss recommended care, and—if appropriate—start your first treatment, all during your initial visit.
7. You may also receive personalized home care recommendations, such as stretches, exercises, or lifestyle tips to support your progress.
